Welcome to Axiom.Coach ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital courses, coaching sessions, community platform, Content Library, and all associated content including but not limited to prompts, frameworks, AI instructions, and blueprints.

 

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Axiom.Coach, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To access and use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided on Axiom.Coach, including but not limited to:

  • Digital Courses, Coaching Materials, and Community Content – Video content, webinars, written guides, and discussion materials.

  • Prompts, Frameworks, AI Instructions, and Blueprints – Proprietary AI prompts, strategic frameworks, business models, and technical blueprints specifically developed for founders, business owners, and marketers.

  • Logos, Branding, Trademarks, and Service Marks – All visual elements, branding designs, and trade names.

  • Written Content, Designs, Graphics, and Software – Any original works of authorship available on the platform.

are the exclusive property of Axiom.Coach and are protected by copyright, trademark laws, and other intellectual property rights.

4. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our materials for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

  • Republish, redistribute, or resell any of our content, including prompts, frameworks, AI instructions, and blueprints, whether digitally or in print.

  • Modify, create derivative works, copy, or reproduce our content in any manner not authorised by us.

  • Share your login credentials or access to our content with others.

  • Use our prompts, frameworks, AI instructions, or blueprints as part of any training, commercial product, or publication without explicit written permission.

Breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services and may lead to legal action, including claims for damages.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using our platform, you agree not to:

  • Republish or sell our materials, including prompts, frameworks, AI instructions, and blueprints, without express written consent.

  • Distribute or share access to our digital courses, coaching sessions, or community materials.

  • Train or fine-tune AI models using our prompts, blueprints, or AI instructions without explicit permission.

  • Scrape, data-mine, or otherwise collect information from our platform.

  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the site.

  • Use the platform in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.

We actively monitor the unauthorised use of our proprietary materials across digital platforms and take immediate legal action against violations.

6. Content Library and User-Generated Content

The Content Library allows users to share materials, links, prompts, frameworks, and other resources.

  • We are not responsible or liable for any content shared by users, including but not limited to:

    • Obscenity

    • Criminal Content

    • Infringing Information

  • All content shared in the Content Library is the responsibility of the user who shared it. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or legality of any shared content.

7. Content Removal and Reporting Violations

If you believe that content shared in our Content Library or any part of our platform is:

  • Illegal

  • Infringing

  • Obscene

  • Harmful

  • Violative of any rights

Upon receiving a valid written notice, we will review the material and, if deemed necessary, remove the content in accordance with UK law and our platform policies.

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor your usage of our platform to ensure compliance with these Terms.

  • Disable your account if we suspect a breach of these Terms.

  • Take appropriate legal action, including seeking injunctive relief and damages, if our intellectual property, including prompts, frameworks, AI instructions, blueprints, and Content Library materials, is misused or republished without permission.

9. Our Legal Responsibilities

We operate responsibly and within UK law at all times. We comply with relevant regulations, including the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and Communications Act 2003.

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities if required to do so, including disclosing user data when legally mandated.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All materials and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The content, including prompts, frameworks, AI instructions, blueprints, and Content Library materials, will be error-free, complete, or current.

  • Access will be uninterrupted or secure.

  • Any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom.Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use our services.

  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

  • Any other matter relating to our platform, including user-generated content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Axiom.Coach, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your misuse of our platform.

  • Your breach of these Terms.

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.

  • Unauthorised use of our prompts, frameworks, AI instructions, or blueprints.

  • Content you share in the Content Library.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform without notice if you breach these Terms.

All provisions relating to intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
